Jorum Zinyeka was born in 1976 in Gokwe. He attended school through the primary levels before joining his brother, the late Gladman Zinyeka, in Harare. Gladman taught him to sculpt. Jorum later worked at Chapungu Gallery. He is now based in South Africa.
